In 2004, we have added a 3 cylinders
direct printing and U.V. coating line for the printing of both colours and
designs directly on the surface for the MDF board without the use of paper or
laminate. Using the latest printing technology, Robin Printed MDF offers an
exciting alternative to the traditional laminates, PVC or paper foil. The printed surfaces are coated with U.V.
protection coat to enhance the quality of the surface. Direct printing offers
us the versatility of colour matching where we can recreate colours and
designs from samples supplied by the buyers. This would enable the buyers a
wider alternative in choosing the colour of their choice. Product
Information - Direct Printed MDF We have successfully introduced solid fully primed
MDF doors in the Robin Door consists of one solid 35mm MDF without any hollow core or engineered component. The door is sanded for a smooth surface, artistically profiled with sharp 90 degrees corners and double primed to fully white finish. The door is ready for fixing and for the final top coat application, without any base coat or further sanding required. All Robin Doors are inspected to ensure that they follow stringently to specification thus ensuring a very consistent product. It is sound absorbing and very sturdy.
